Terms & Conditions

This User Agreement describes the terms of service under which you may access moo4money.com and use its services. Before “you” (herein referred to as “the user”) can sign up for or use any services provided by moo4money.com, the user must read, understand and accept all of the terms and conditions of this User Agreement as well as the Privacy Policy. Nothing in this User Agreement shall confer any rights or benefits to any third party. This User Agreement constitutes the whole agreement between the user and moo4money.com and controls the user’s use of moo4money.com and its services. This agreement supersedes any prior agreements, communications and proposals between the user and moo4money.com in their entirety.

Moo4money.com reserves the right to modify this User Agreement at any time without prior notice, and will post any such amended terms on its website. The user’s continued use of moo4money.com and its services indicates the user’s acceptance of the amended User Agreement. The user is responsible for reviewing any amendments to this User Agreement.

Description of Services

Membership at moo4money.com is provided free of charge to registered users, and allows them to complete offers provided by select third party advertisers in return for compensation provided through moo4money.com. Moo4money.com also provides incentives to registered users for referring unique individuals to the services offered at moo4money.com. All offers from third parties are listed on and must be accessed through the moo4money.com website to receive credit for completion.

Member Obligations

By creating an account at moo4money.com and using its services, the user agrees that:

• They will provide accurate, true, current, and complete information about themselves and others to moo4money.com and any third party
• They will not complete offers at moo4money.com that they completed on other sites or complete offers on other sites that they have completed on moo4money.com
• They are 13 years of age or older, and that if they are under 18 years of age they have obtained their parents consent to access moo4money.com and its services
• They will comply with all applicable laws, be they local, state, federal, international or other. In addition to this, they will not take part in any activity involving moo4money.com or it services that is considered unethical by moo4money.com
• They will not Spam (Spam includes but is not limited to, posting referral links where they are unwanted or against rules)
• They will only register and access one account at moo4money.com, and will fill out all the information required to complete the registration process
• They will not refer themselves to moo4money.com
• They will not access moo4money.com through a proxy server
• They will not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer their account or any information therein to any other party.
• They accept responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account, and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account with or without the user’s knowledge
• They will not modify copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the moo4money.com website or its services without prior approval
• They will not upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment
• They will not interfere with or disrupt moo4money.com’s servers or services, or networks connected to moo4money.com. Or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to moo4money.com

Account Terminations

The user agrees that moo4money.com may; with or without cause immediately terminate the user’s account and access to moo4money.com and its services without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, the following will lead to a termination of a user’s account by moo4money.com and its services:

• A breach or violation of this Agreement or other agreements or guidelines referred to herein
• A request for termination by law enforcement or other government agencies
• A request by the user to terminate their account
• Unexpected technical issues or problems
• An inactive account (an inactive account is an account that is not accessed in the last 180 days)
• Committing Fraud (Defined Below)

Fraud includes (but is not limited to):

• Impersonating moo4money.com officials, employees, administrators or members (with or without intent to effect moo4money.com's services or interests), both on and off the moo4money.com website
• One household having multiple accounts
• Giving false information to moo4money.com or any of its affiliates
• Canceling trial offers or other offers immediately after submitting them
• Using a stolen credit card, stolen pre-paid card or any other illegal money resource or account to complete offers
• Using a credit card, pre-paid card or any other money resource or account that is not in the user’s legal name
• Completing offers more than once

Monitoring and Enforcement

Moo4money.com has the right to monitor all activity and content associated with the moo4money.com website and its services. However, moo4money.com is not obligated to at all times do so. Since moo4money.com does not, and may not have the ability to control or actively monitor all of the content posted by its users or guests on the moo4money.com website. Additionally moo4money.com does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the content posted by its users, guests, employees or administrators.

As a user of the moo4money.com website and its services, the user acknowledges and agrees that under no circumstances will moo4money.com be liable in any way for any content, including but not limited to:

• Any errors or omissions in any content
• Any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of, access to, or denial of access to any content on the moo4money.com website.

Payments

After a payment is requested, it generally takes approximately 30 days to process that request, however, due to the volume of requests, the timeliness of payments to moo4money.com by third parties, and possible technical difficulties. Moo4money.com cannot make any guarantees on the timeliness of payment. Additionally in order to receive payment, each account must go through phone verification in order to determine authenticity of the identity provided in the user’s account information. Any user found to be cheating, attempting to cheat, completing offers previously completed on other sites, completing offers on other sites that they already completed on moo4money.com, providing false information to moo4money.com or any third parties, or otherwise violating the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy will not be paid, and their membership in the moo4money.com will be terminated. Furthermore, any account that has been terminated voluntarily will also not be eligible to receive any earnings (be they monetary or otherwise) that are present in their account at the time of termination.

Third Parties

Moo4money.com is not responsible for any content provided by third parties, and the user’s use of their websites is subject to their Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. Moo4money.com will never charge any fees, but some third parties may require a moo4money.com user to make a payment in order to complete their offers. Users are solely responsible for any charges incurred by participation in third party programs.

Limitation of Liability

By agreeing to abide by the terms of this User Agreement, the user agrees that moo4money.com cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, consequential or exemplary damages. Including, but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if moo4money.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages) arising out of or in any way connected with the user’s use of or the performance of moo4money.com and its services. Whether based on contract, tort, negligence or strict liability.

The user also agrees to indemnify, defend and otherwise hold harmless moo4money.com, its officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates and other partners from any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages resulting from:

• The user’s membership or participation in moo4money.com or its services
• The moo4money.com website and name
• The user’s violation of this Agreement
• The user’s violation of the rights of another
• Any other matter relating to moo4money.com or its services

If the user is dissatisfied with moo4money.com and or its services, the user’s sole and exclusive recourse is to discontinue use of moo4money.com. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, accordingly some of the above limitations may not apply to the user. If the laws of one of those jurisdictions apply and moo4money.com is found responsible for any damages to the user, the user expressly acknowledges that moo4money.com’s total cumulative damages to the user (whether at law or in equity) shall not exceed $50 USD (United States Dollars). The provisions of this section survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Non-Commitment

Moo4money.com may at anytime, for any reason, with or without notice, discontinue its services, make changes to its services, shut down its website, or suspend operations for one or all of its users. After such discontinuation, moo4money.com remains without commitment to any users. Termination of a user’s moo4money.com account includes removal of access to all third party offers on moo4money.com, and may also bar the user from further use of moo4money.com. Additionally the user agrees that if their account is terminated for the aforementioned reasons. They agree to forfeit any earnings remaining in their account (be they monetary or otherwise).Furthermore, the user agrees that all terminations shall be made at moo4money.com’s sole discretion and that moo4money.com shall not be liable to the user nor to any third party for any termination of membership or access to moo4money.com.

Communication

Any communications and/or transactions that occur between the user and any third party, or between any combination of users of moo4money.com and its services, are the sole responsibility of the involved parties to whom those communications and/or transactions originated. Moo4money.com shall never be considered a party to any such communications and/or transactions.

Governing Law

The User Agreement between the user and moo4money.com will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to any confliction of laws from any other jurisdiction. By agreeing to this agreement, the user hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Tarrant County, Texas, U.S.A, in all disputes arising out of or relating to moo4money.com and the use of the moo4money.com website and its services.

Trademarks and Copyrights

The Moo4money.com logo and names are moo4money.com’s exclusive intellectual property. The user agrees not to display or use the logo or names, or the name “moo4money.com” except in the capacity to promote the moo4money.com website and its services. All content that is made available to view on moo4money.com excluding content that may be made available by end-users through a linked site. Is owned by and copyrighted by moo4money.com, and is subject to international treaty provisions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

By agreeing to the terms of this User Agreement the user understands and agrees that moo4money.com is provided in whatever condition and with whatever content is available in any given instance. Moo4money.com does not assume any responsibility for prompt or proper delivery or retention of any user information or communications between users. Moo4money.com expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

Moo4money.com makes no warranty that:

• Moo4money.com or its services will meet the user’s requirements
• Moo4money.com will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free,
• The results that may be obtained from use of moo4money.com or its services will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by the user through moo4money.com will meet the user’s expectations
• Any errors in moo4money.com’s software will be corrected

Moo4money.com also affirms that:

• Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of moo4money.com is done at the user’s own discretion and risk
• The user is solely responsible for any damage to their computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
• Any advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from moo4money.com or through the moo4money.com website shall create any warranty or agreement between the user and moo4money.com that is not already expressly stated in this User Agreement.

Additional Information

The user agrees that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between the user and moo4money.com because of this User Agreement or use of moo4money.com and its services.

If any part of this User Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable laws, (including but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations listed above) then the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed superseded by a valid and enforceable provision. That most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy shall continue to be in effect. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in a judicial or administrative proceeding, based upon or relating to this User Agreement to the same extent, subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated, and maintained in printed form.

Use of moo4money.com and its services is not authorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions.
