1. How can I make money here for FREE?

Simply complete offers which do not require a credit card and you can make quick and easy money at no cost to you. Of course if you want to really increase your earnings, we suggest you complete our trial offers. There are also daily surveys, Paid-To-Click advertisements, cash back shopping and our game. All of which you can use to increase your earnings.

2. How do I complete offers?

Just read the instructions provided to you beside the offers name. Then click the offer and follow those instructions. Once you’ve completed an offer, click the finished button next to it and your part is done. We will then verify that its been completed and credit your account.

3. Is it FREE to sign up?

Absolutely! All you need to tell us is your name, phone number, current address and how you want to be paid.

4. What is required to sign up?

You only need to be at least 13 years of age and want to earn some money.

5. How much can I make?

That all depends on how much time you are willing to devote to making money, and what kind of offers you’re willing to do. If you’re willing for do the trial offers which pay substantially more than the other offers, then you’ve got the opportunity to earn some serious cash!

Also, if you are from a country other than the United States you may not have as many offers available to you.

6. Where do I start?

Try about 10 or so freebie offers (offers which don’t require a credit card or obligation). Once you get a feel for our system. Venture out into the trial offers and other high paying offers and watch your earnings skyrocket.

7. Am I paid for referring my friends and family?

Of course, we need you to help bring more members to moo4money. The more members we have, the more offers we can bring you and the more money you can make. Of course it doesn’t stop there; we’ll pay you a percentage of whatever your referrals earn!

8. How does the referral system work?

Our referral system has two levels. Firstly you get 20% of whatever earnings your referrals (people you referred through your referral link) earn. Secondly you get 10% of whatever their referrals (people your referrals referred through their referral link) earn. If you work hard to get referrals, you can generate some serious cash on referrals alone.

9. Does this mean I take money away from our referrals?

Absolutely not. We’ll pay you 20% of what your referrals make, and 10% of what their referrals make out of our pockets.

10. How can I get more referrals?

We have a whole page devoted to tips and tricks for getting referrals. Your referral link can be found there. Remember to read our Privacy Policy to avoid spamming.

11. Can I have more than one account?

No. We enforce a strict limit of one account per person and per household. We have to be strict about this because it’s too easy for people to commit fraud. Most advertisers don’t want to pay for each member of a household to read about their product, and for those who do. There’s simply no way we can tell the difference between you and your family members completing offers. What may be an innocent act ends up looking like one person with two accounts.

12. Do I have to use my real information?

Yes. If you don’t it will produce a false lead and we won’t be paid by our advertisers, and if we aren’t paid we can’t pass any earnings onto you. Also, using false information is considered fraud, and will result in the removal of that offer from your account. Fraud may also result in your removal from moo4money.

Fraud wastes everybody’s time. Because when someone completes offers fraudulently, it causes advertisers to give us fewer offers to give to our users. Obviously, no one can make any money if people complete offers fraudulently. We also share information on fraud with other GPT sites (remember we record your IP address whenever you make an account or visit our site).

Just remember, you can make thousands of dollars just using your real information. So if you know or suspect anyone using moo4money of committing fraud please report it here

13. How do payments work?

When you reach the $20 minimum you can request a payment. That request can be either through PayPal or by check, whichever you prefer. Please allow up to 30 days to process your payment. A few things have to happen on our end. We need to be paid by our advertisers, process your information, and make sure each account has been verified for authenticity. Payment then needs to be sent out which also takes time in itself. The first payment will usually take the longer, but we always try to keep the time below 30 days.

14. How many different offers are there?

• There’s freebie offers which only require things like your email and zip/postal code to complete.
• There’s trial offers which require you to use a credit card or pre-paid card to signup for a product or service evaluation (for example trying out Netflix for 30 days). These offers can pay anywhere from $10 to $50 per offer.
• There’s also offers to signup for a credit card (you signup for the card, do whatever else it asks for, then get paid).
• We also have a daily survey section, where you complete the surveys there once a day and get paid.
• Paid-To-Click requires you to click on a link, view the website, then we credit your account for each ad you view.
• Cash back shopping puts a % of the total amount of money you spend shopping at brand name stores online back in your pocket. Its like getting paid to do the shopping you're already doing anyway!

As you can see, there are plenty of offers to keep you busy and making money.

15. I referred my friend but I wasn’t given credit?

If you and someone you refer share an IP address (like in a dormitory or residence), or you are operating on a dynamic IP address. Then you probably will not be credited for the referral because we have to defend ourselves against fraud. Also if we suspect a referral is fraudulent we may not give you credit for it right away.

16. Why won’t my offer credit!?

Most likely you are here looking for an answer to this question. We here at Moo4money value customer service above all else and wish to make our users as pleased and satisfied with our system as possible. However, we cannot credit you for an offer that we have not received credit for. If you did an offer and were not credited for it that means neither were we. Here’s what we suggest you do:

• Wait at least two weeks (some offers take up to two weeks or even longer to credit, patience is a virtue.)
• Make sure you did the offer correctly and entirely, used your real information, and haven’t completed the offer before, etc.
• Submit a ticket. Make sure you list what offer it was and we’ll try to look into it. But remember, we cannot credit you unless we are credited.
• If the offer is not going through, please do not call the company or advertiser who is running the offer. They are trying to generate more leads, not solve lead related problems. This would harm our ability to gather more offers in the future.
